کتاب PMP Exam Prep از کتاب های برجسته حوزه مدیریت پروژه و آمادگی آزمون PMP است و به نام نویسنده اولیه این کتاب، ریتا شناخته میشود.
ریتا مولکای، از نویسندگان و سخنرانان بزرگ در زمینه مدیریت پروژه بود. ریتا در سال 1991 شرکت مدیریت پروژه RMC را بنیان گذاری کرد و اولین مدیر عامل اجرایی آن بود. نسخه اولیه کتاب PMP Exam Prep توسط ریتا و تیم او نوشته شد. ریتا در سال 2010 از دنیا رفت اما تیم اجرایی ریتا همچنان به نشر و بازنگری کتاب میپردازند . آخرین نسخه این کتاب ( نسخه دهم ) در سال 2020 چاپ و انتشار یافت.
این کتاب با نسخه ششم کتاب PMBOK هماهنگ بوده و تمام بخش های این کتاب را به صورت کامل پوشش داده است. همچنین این کتاب دارای بخش های مختلف از جمله پرسش و پاسخ نیز هست و مرجعی کامل برای افرادی که قصد گذرندان آزمون PMP را دارند، محسوب میشود.
